| To eliminate the deficit, there are three options: reduce
spending, increase taxes and/or increase debt. I will work for only one:
reducing spending in all major areas of government. Disproportionally
taxing high income sends tax revenue to other countries. For an

middle-income families. The Iraq war has cost Marylanders over $8 billion
at the expense of health care, education, and investments in alternative
energy. We must end tax breaks for the super rich and make corporations pay
